Product Guarantee

EMU USA, Inc warrants its product to be free from manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship for structure and finish for a period of five years from date of purchase by consumer; this excludes sales for commercial use. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence or abuse. All items must be properly assembled pre instructions. Emu USA, Inc wills, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any items found defective upon inspection by an authorized EMU USA, Inc service representative. We request a completed quality claim and photographs of all items for each incident. Consumers are required to complete the product warranty registration form.
