Description

Compact and versatile, the Medley Drop-Leaf Dining Table transforms from a rectangular to a square table and back again. It is perfect for apartments, lofts, and smaller living spaces. The table's wood-framed marquetry in a pebble mosaic pattern makes an artistic statement along with the twisted metal legs and unique interlocking metal stretchers. The Medley is constructed of mindi hardwood solids and veneers in a lightly distressed wood finish. Assembly required. Dimensions: 40L x 20W x 30H inches.

          delivery was on a reasonable schedule
          the legs on the ends are too narrow to allow the chairs to slide in. I would not have purchased 4 chairs knowing this. The other 2 chairs only slide in if the leafs are up. If they are down again your chairs stick out. This should only be sold as a set of 3 pieces not 5. Quality looks good, one of my chairs metal had a crack. To be fair instead of having me return the 2 chairs, they gave me full credit for 2 chairs as the other had 1 small flaw also. Also received a bit of discount off the table for some scrapping on the end of the table bottom wood, which I decided to keep and put that end against the wall. For the price, I didn't expect to have to settle for any flaws. Hayneedle offered the discount/credit easily and were good to work with. Customer service was excellent. I assumed this set was made in the US since Riverside Furniture is in Little Rock. The boxes all said made in China, this really irked me, as I purposly intended to purchase US made goods. But I have to admit the set looks very nice in my small dining area.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          The table is beautiful and gives flexibility to a small space with the small drop leaves. I'd have given it 5 stars if it had come with instructions for putting it together. Unfortunately (for me), we got all the parts but no information about how to put it together....still, I love the look and quality of the table.

            The table and chairs are a wonderful accent to our new home. We do not have as much room for the kitchen eating area, so the drop leaf is perfect.
            The coloring and finish are great, the marble insets add a perfect detail for interest and glamor. The only negative which is very small, was when putting together, it took a strong hand to bend some of the metal to match up to screw holes.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
